Trampoline gymnasts of the Edenvale based Gym Masters Gymnasts and Masters Gymnasts Clubs took part in the Benoni Trampoline Competition on 10 May. The competition, which took place in Benoni, was the first competition of the season and was attended by trampolinists and clubs from around Gauteng.

The trampolinists competed in a variety of Double-Mini and Euro trampoline events. Many of the gymnasts competed in a combination of two trampolines, and in various levels and age groups. The clubs? gymnasts collectively made up one of the biggest representations at the competition, and also won numerous medals in the various categories.
The gymnasts train at the Highway Gardens Community Centre and are coached by the Demianenko family and assisted by Michelle Sharples.
